Welcome to ONARD Renovations. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

ONARD Renovations provides home renovation and construction services in Ontario and Toronto Area. Our services include but are not limited to kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, and general contracting services.

All estimates provided are based on current market conditions and may be subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract. We require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified in your service contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made after project completion.

Project timelines provided are estimates based on typical conditions. Actual completion times may vary due to factors such as weather, material availability, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any delays or changes promptly.

Clients must provide reasonable access to the work area during agreed-upon hours. Any utilities required for the project (water, electricity) must be made available. The work area should be cleared of personal belongings unless otherwise agreed upon.

Changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may affect project timeline and costs. Additional work will require a change order signed by both parties.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own property insurance during the renovation process.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Ontario.

By using our services, you acknowledge that renovation work may cause temporary inconvenience, noise, and dust. We take reasonable precautions to minimize disruption and protect your property.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
